Carbon neutrality refers to the total amount of carbon dioxide or greenhouse gas emissions directly or indirectly generated by countries, enterprises, products, activities or individuals within a certain period of time, through afforestation, energy conservation and emission reduction, to offset their own carbon dioxide or greenhouse gas emissions, to achieve positive and negative offset, and achieve relative "zero emissions".
